Welcome to The Yachtsman. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.

2. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund of the deposit paid.

Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

Requests to change the date or time of a booking are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Weather Conditions

The safety of our guests is our highest priority.

If weather conditions are considered unsafe, The Yachtsman reserves the right to postpone or cancel the tour.

In such cases, we will first offer to reschedule your tour. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of the deposit paid will be provided.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Please arrive at the departure point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

• Passengers must follow the skipper's safety instructions at all times.

• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

• The Yachtsman reserves the right to refuse boarding to anyone whose behaviour may compromise the safety or enjoyment of others.

5. Liability

While every effort is made to provide the scheduled experience, The Yachtsman cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, navigational restrictions or other safety-related circumstances.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
